Our Complaints Procedure

We hope very much that you never need to use our complaints procedure; however, we are committed to doing our best to meet our learners’ needs and if you feel you have cause to complain about any aspect of what we do, please do so by choosing one of the following:

• Speak to your tutor. If necessary, he or she will forward your complaint to the office.

• Complete a Complaints Slip, which can be obtained from: your tutor, the Receptionist/Centre Manager at the venue you are attending or contact Julie at Working Wonders on 01942 498600.
